Is our resident light roast blend made up of Guatemala and Ethiopian coffees. A perfect gateway coffee if you're looking to pick up some more fruiter notes and might be experimenting with brew methods and flavor profiles. If not, this is still an amazing coffee if you're looking for something new.
We pick up notes of ripened strawberries, floral vanilla bean, and rich cocoa. A great coffee for pour-overs and espresso.
