A pipe bender is a great addition to any metalworker’s shop.
The G0792 Ring Roll Pipe Bender can be used to create arcs, circles, and spirals.
This is achieved by feeding the pipe back and forth through the machine with incrementally greater force exerted by the upper roller.
The G0792 can bend with the headstock in either a vertical or horizontal position. Typically, the horizontal position is only needed when bending extra-long workpieces which could create a space constraint in the vertical position.
Perfect for manufacturing marine and spiral staircase handrails, curved aluminum window frames, coils of tubing, ornamental ironwork, and much more.
With a solid 2 HP motor, and upper and lower roll diameters of 3-13/16", this powerhouse can handle up to 1-9/16" x 1-9/16" x 1/16" square and 2" x 1" x 1/8" C-channel mild steel.
An external pedestal with forward/reverse foot controls and dual emergency stops was designed for ease-of-use and safety in mind.
Rolling a compound arc requires that do not come with the G0792.
