With four points of contact, parallelogram tables naturally maintain perfect alignment between the infeed and outfeed tables. This allows for consistently flat and parallel surfaces.
The G0857 Parallelogram Jointer tables feature arched table travel, keeping each table close to the cutter, and adding an additional degree of safety during operation.
Setting cut depth is a breeze for traditional jointing or rabbeting with the infeed and outfeed adjustment levers.
The precision-ground, cast-iron infeed table is 40" which is helpful for surfacing longer stock.
The replacement HSS blades are available when the stock blades get dull. HSS (high-speed steel) has been heat treated for hardness and wear resistance, which keeps a sharp edge longer than other carbon steels.
An upgraded V-helical cutter head of the is also available for cleaner cuts with no tearout.
