SB1039F 14" x 40" 16-Speed 220V 3-Phase Lathe with Fagor DRO

The SB1039F 14" x 40" Lathe is equipped with Japanese spindle bearings. The spindles are D1-5 camlock with an MT#5 taper and 1.57" bore. The tailstocks have an MT#3 taper and 4.5" of quill travel.

The bed of the lathe is constructed with Meehanite® castings that are hardened and precision-ground in the traditional three V-way prismatic design.

Quality Allen-Bradley® electrical components and attention to detail provide dependable electrical control of the powered movements.

Created for adaptability and durability, this high-powered lathe offers the recognized Fagor® 2-axis DRO that ensures metalworking accuracy.

To reduce the time spent doing daily lubrication, this milling machine is outfitted with a one-shot lubrication system that is as quick-and-easy as one pump of a lever.

And finally, this lathe comes with a circulating coolant system to help extend tool life and provide an improved surface finish.

Like all South Bend lathes, the SB1039F comes with a 2-year warranty covering parts and assuring the unit is free from factory defects.
